CONVERSO TRUST CENTER

Acceptable use

Rules for responsible messaging, authorization, recipient consent, automation, and abuse reports.

Last updated · Converso Empire, Lahore, Pakistan

Use Converso for authorized, lawful communication with people who expect to hear from you. A technical ability to send a message does not give you permission to send it.

Start with permission

Connect only numbers and accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Obtain appropriate recipient permission before initiating messages, keep records where required, identify your business accurately, and provide an effective way to opt out. Respect requests to stop across all of your workflows, including AI agents and scheduled follow-ups.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the service to carry out, facilitate, or conceal:

  • Unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased or scraped contact-list campaigns without valid permission, or continued messaging after an opt-out.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, scams, malicious links, or malware distribution.
  • Harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, or other unlawful or harmful content.
  • Unauthorized surveillance, collection or disclosure of personal information, or infringement of others’ intellectual property rights.
  • Unauthorized account access, sharing stolen sessions, bypassing restrictions, ban evasion, or interference with service security.
  • Activities, goods, or services prohibited by applicable law or the rules of the messaging platform you use.

Automation, AI, and sensitive information

Monitor automations, test them with authorized recipients, and provide a practical route to human help. Do not present an AI agent as a person or organization it is not authorized to represent. Generated replies may be wrong; you remain responsible for how they are used.

Minimize personal data in prompts, messages, logs, and webhook payloads. Do not request passwords, complete payment-card details, or highly sensitive records through workflows that cannot meet the applicable security and legal requirements. Obtain any required agreements before processing regulated data.

Respect service limits

Follow your subscription quotas and API rate limits. Do not circumvent them by rotating credentials or accounts, overload infrastructure, disrupt other customers, or test security without authorization. A high quota is a capacity limit, not an assurance that a messaging campaign is permitted or safe from platform restrictions.

Report abuse or a security concern

Email support@conversoempire.tech with a description, relevant timestamps, and the account or workspace involved, if known. Include only the information needed to investigate. Redact unrelated personal data and never send passwords, API tokens, or session credentials.

We may investigate reports and restrict or suspend access where appropriate, including urgent action for safety, security, legal compliance, or serious breaches. If you believe a decision is mistaken, contact support with the relevant context. Platform enforcement by Meta or WhatsApp follows their separate review process.
